What is your goal?

Okay so now that you are here, what is your goal? I will start first. I want to be a nice healthy size. For me I feel I look better when I am at least a size 8. I want to try to keep my boobs and I've always had booty. I want to be tall, toned, and slim like I used to be. I want my six pack again and I also want to get back into running. I have some other goals that I will share later but that's it for now. I will post pics of my old body later. Now it's your turn. Q

My intial goal is to lose 10% of my current weight. I want to be a very toned size 8-10 and MAINTAIN it for life. I have always been curvy and I don't mind losing some booty and if the chest reduces..so be it. I want runner's legs and a flat stomach.

My goal is to no be so soft and smooshy. I really need to tone up what I have. I want to work on toning first and not focus so much on the number, I will worry about the scale later on.

Drop 13-18 lbs.

Be able to jog alongside my kids while they ride their bikes for at least 20min at a time.

I weight about 160, and I would like to weight about 145, but I would like to be more toned. At 145, I should be a 6/8. I would prefer to be a 6 with a toned tummy, thighs, and arms.

My goal is to lose 100lbs in 1 year. I started my journey July 2007 and my starting weight is 268lbs at 5'6". I hope to lose weight and tone-up. I'm currently using Turbo Jam as my starting point for working out and getting back into shape. I workout Mon-Fri in the morning and most days after work.

I want to lose 10 more pounds which would put me at a size 6 or a comfortable size 8...I wear some 8's now but mostly 10's. I really dont have issues in my stomach area but I do want to tone up some so I am going to incorporate scrunches in my workout more often.

I'm 180 pounds.

I am 5 feet 4. I live a very sedentary lifestyle. :(

My ideal is

140. My doctor says I should weigh no more than 130. She's crazy!

My goal is 150.

I need to get focused and stop slacking! Thanks for this blog.
